Location, parking, clean room, comfortable bed
The tub was running a slow stream of water the entire stay(5 days). No one fixed it.

Good price for what we needed since we only needed one night. Breakfast was OK, but having said that some hotels only offer muffins, fruit etc for breakfast.
When we went to the room, we immediately noticed a strong odor that smelled like someone had a dog in the room. We promptly went back to the front desk, and we were given another room.

I thought the location to where we needed to be for our soccer tournament was perfect we were only around five minutes from the Soccer complex.
Our room had no running water in one of the bathrooms the pool was not open and the ice machines didn’t work and their continental breakfast was horrible not only was there a line to use the waffle maker because they only had one and we only had a small window to go eat breakfast before we had to get to the soccer games.
