It’s a clean hotel. Some things the maid could clean better. Breakfast was good not exceptional(they don’t keep it stocked so eat early). Worked in a pinch during Ice Storm Fern 2026

I reserved a non-smoking room to find out that the room had smokers in it previously. It reeked of cigarette smoke. I had already moved everything in so did not change rooms instead the man *** at the front desk gave me the spray to spray. It did not help. It was like using an air freshener.. not helpful and the smoke small lingered. I checked out a day early as I just could not stand it anymore because my sinuses, my throat and my chest were all congested. I know you get what you pay for .. it wasn’t that cheap but it wasn’t expensive either, if that makes any sense. *** refused to give me back money for checking out a day early
The other problem was because you parked outside by the room doors, we were awakened every morning by cars starting up and revving their engines. One night we were awakened at 4:00 AM to some young people screaming and hollering right outside our window. I called and reported it but the kids had left then returned at 5:00 AM.
I guess this is a lesson that I learned about getting a hotel that has all our side entrance doors.
I do have to say the bed was very comfortable, the linen felt really good to the touch and it was clean. The pillows were super and the pillow slips were very comfortable and clean as well. I am one of those people that chooses to keep the room clean myself housekeeping did not come in at all. That was my choice. The lady that works there was very nice.
I will say that if you’re on *** looking for a hotel be very very very careful when you choose one and it ends up being a different company that is their sister company, Agoda. I thought I was booking a room that I could cancel but when I got the confirmation from this company Agoda it was non-refundable so I had no choice but to go or pay for some thing that I wasn’t going to use. The man at the hotel *** was not cooperative about that situation either
Many lessons learned!! I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend it

The pictures look nothing like the rooms. Not the most clean. Lots of dirt and mold in the bathroom with a very stale musty smelling room.
