We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The desk staff were great. Unfortunately the room’s TV only had 3 working channels & there were not enough towels. Front desk dealt with this quickly and even had us move to another nearby room. They had lights on and the tv going when we got there. Nice touch because they were ensuring all was good. In the morning when we did get up., there was only one pod of coffee. When I mentioned this to the front desk, he was pleasant and said had I called, pods would have been immediately sent. Holiday Inn made up for the inconveniences. The room was sparking clean. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and all have been good, but definitely stay at this Holiday Inn when overnighting because it is one of the best!

The room is clean! And they change beddings everyday! Staff are friendly and approachable and have a great buffet breakfast!

The purple chair in the room was very worn and should be replaced.
