    A very nice stay for my overnight layover. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the airport so that was very convenient. Staff were also very helpful. Thank you!

    Nothing wrong with the room , that was good. It was the service is terrible. Also ordered breakfast with stay at a cost of $85 but never got it as we left for airport at 6.30, and breakfast doesn’t open till 7 , that’s shocking for an international airport hotel. When we asked for a credit they offered 2 $15 vouchers to select from the downstairs pickings, which included coffee from an urn that wasn’t on , so it was cold , a roll that wasn’t on its use by date , a peice of fruit and old pastries. Can’t tell you how disappointed this all was, don’t stay here and order breakfast if leaving on an early flight. I expected better from the Hilton.

    Stayed at Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites in Mississauga for 2 nights. The experience was disappointing. I requested a room on a higher floor at check-in and was told it wasn’t possible. I asked again the next day and received the same response, with no effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. After housekeeping serviced the room, it was clear the bed sheets had not been changed, only remade. That’s a basic hygiene expectation and should not be missed. When I raised these concerns, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation worse instead of resolving it. Overall, the service felt indifferent and below what I would expect from a Hilton property. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience
