    The parking lot is confusing to get into and get out of. With room keys, you return those outside at the parking lot gate, which was also weird, we’re used to returning those at the front desk. But the room was lovely and always appreciate the free cookies!

    Staff are good, room are clean and more convenient for travelers. Highly recommended and we enjoy are stay.

    Although close to the airport by shuttle, this hotel is very overpriced. Also there isn't much in the area to see or do, and only a few food options. Also the "damage deposit" at check in which is never mentioned on the booking site is ridiculous for such outdated and mediocre accomodations.

    On the customer checks in you should be fully informed what are they going to clean his room or not. All the hotels in the area they clean your room if you stay two nights and why is this hotel the exception. Very disappointed
