The property is always spotless and smells wonderful. The people who run the hotel are extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. The mini fridge in the room keeps everything very cold. Having a covered, tented parking area is also a great advantage.

For rooms without a balcony, it can be a little difficult to hang the towels on the terrace on the second floor, but it’s manageable since there isn’t really another way to dry them

Otopark ve havuzu

yeni bir otel di fakat bize sunulan oda dan farklı bir oda verildi Balkonlu oda satın aldık hotele gelmeden önce mail olarak yarı bodrum katı oda olduğu bilgisi geldi ,fakat planlamamızı yaptığımız için bu saatten sonra iptal edecek zamanımız yoktu Sonuç olarak hotele geldik bize yarı bodrum katı balkonsuz oda verdiler. Bütün gece temizlik odasından ve yan odalardan sürekli tak tuk sesleri ile gürültü yapıldı İki gece konakladık.havlularımızı kurutamadık Otel çıkışı saat 11:00 de olmasına rağmen saat 10:00 sa kapımızın önüme bilerek elektrik süpürgesi bırakıldı 10:15 re kapımız açıldı ve pardon denildi….v.sv.s Yani bu kadar güzel bir hotelde böyle talihsiz olaylar yaşadık

Strong points: the place was very clean -towels and bed sheets were changed daily, pool was cleaned daily, diverse bar menu but not a diverse menu for the food. Also for breakfast the choices were minumum so we prefered to go outside for breakfast. Staff is very friendly and would always recommend you things to do and nice places where you can eat. Accomodation looks excelent like in the pictures, everything is modern and new. Also parking is covered, big plus.

Our ride started from day one since our arrival as after a long road we wanted to sleep: our room was in the basement( which was not an issue but was not stated in the message from the location, triple rooms are all in the basement) and in front of our room there was also the laundry room which was really noisy and the door was constantly opened and washing machines were running constantly. Also there was a big issue with the door handles which produced a lot of noise and you could hear when each door was closed. The staff was really loud and they were talking a bit loud at each other through the corridores and you could hear everything in the room. Whe had an upgrade for an apartament and that was the best decision as you could have a separate room and no longer hear the noise from the hallway. For us it was a holiday where we wanted to relax as much as possible and the noise was a big inconvenient for us, so if you are in the same situation and really like the accomodation, take into consideration to invest from the beginning in an apartament. Also we tried to offer feedback on multiple ocasions and it was not heard properly, as it was mentioned maybe we are more sensitive with noises or there were other external factors that were causing our complains.
