not much to say, breakfast was average and too crowded.

the rooms are on a hill and you depend on a golf car which is not always available or you have to wait a lot for it. the property is quite far from the beach and there is nothing around,

No value for money. Not at all.

Property is consisting of many small buildings apartments up in the hill and if you are in the last row, you won’t like it. Pictures are showing much more, from the look of the room (they look luxury, while actually are more than average), to the non existing features (aqua park that is not pat of Zoe hotel, for which you need to pay 85 eur for family per day).. No furniture for 4 people, just one bath robe for 2 adults. The stuff was very unkind!

Internet was poor, breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very cheapest ingredients possible, beach was down bellow the road.. 15 min walk (you need to pay for umbrellas)

The location was nice, the pool was great, and the breakfast was very good, and there were lots of options.We had our rooms on the upper level, and the view was very nice.

The double room was a disaster.It felt like a cave.All grey with concrete bed and table.Because the bed was from concrete i bumbed my head in my sleep.Aswell my wife hit her leg in the corner of the bed very bad.The walls were very dirty.The room did not match the pictures presented online.The family room looked better but again we booked it because in the picture had a second room with couch like a sitting area with the idea to have a space to play some games.Instead we got a small dark room with two beds in it that we did not use.By the pool not enough sunbeds and mattresses .And for the pool table and kids game, you had to pay like at an arcade.Dissapointed that for Romania was not available the all-inclusive offer.The tv had only a few channels,all in Greek and most of the time did not work.Wifi very weak.

Great location if you are looking for an experience in nature. The layout of the hotel, the big family room we stayed and the renewed facilities met more than our expectations for an island hotel. As the road to our room was a bit sloıpy, the electric golf cars provided by the hotel at any time were a huge plus!

The Wi-Fi connection was not always good in the room's area. The beach is a little bit walk away like 4-5 minutes.

Just ok. Not a 4 star stay

The property looks good, you can tell that it has recently been renovated.

The staff was not that welcoming, the wait for the check in was very long (even if we did not sleep for 30 hours, the staff did nothing to speed up the process, so we ended up waiting for 2 hours). Issues with the water pressure. Ants and other insects in the room . Moreover, one chair broke (and we noticed that it was rotten/ eaten by bugs)

the location of the hotel was ideal - yet, this is because we had a rented car that we used for travelling around the island the hotel was super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly

The internet connection in the room was very poor Thought the room had two bedrooms for a four-member family, there was air-condition in one of the rooms, not in the second room.

Perfect hotel for a family trip

The resort was beautiful and clean. We could do an early check in and get in our room quikly. The reception was clean and friendly. The breakfest had a lot of variety.

The room door was a little too old and there was a space under it and a lot of ants and bugs could enter easily into the room.

Would not recomend

The staff at the reception and the kitchen personnel only. The food was OK. The view from the balcony was great.

The balcony windows looked like they have never ever been cleaned, the light in the hall was not working and we had towel set for one person even though the booking was for two. And we reported all of this an only the towel issue was fixed. The daily room cleaning means only fix the bed, not cleaning the floor, or God forbid, the toilet. The TV size was like it was from kinder egg. The shower in the bathroom is as non functional, because there is no shower door or at least long enough curtain not to make everyting soaking wet. The sef is with a key they keep at reception, you have to ask for it, eaven though it should be included with the room. Internet poor. Coffee bad. Location good - only if you are with car, so you can drive to beach and nearest town for shopping or going out.

the main thiing was that pool wast working at night and that you cant eat on the propory, and food drinks ice cream and so on was very expensive, double the money the in shops

Stylish room

Fast check in/out, attentive and polite receptionist, friendly room services, lux room with majestic sea view and wonderful stylishly decorated furniture, comfortable bed, pillows and mattress. All was superb! The hotel has a beautiful garden and a playground. Free WiFi was also available to the whole venues of the hotel. Strongly recommend it to all!

Plenty of amenities

Zoe Hotel was amazing, with plenty of amenities in the suite and great, spacious and spotless pool! Was very close to the beach and it was had an amazing restaurant with delicious food and tasty drinks. Also had an amazing space for free parking. We had incredible moments in the large pool and we had a great cocktail time in the bar. Definitely I'll be back for more days!

it is a fraud. it is not what they show in thenpictures!!! be carefull. the hotel on the pictures is a different one and costa lot more. very unfriendly, nothing was working, aircondition and atafd. a total disaster and a ruined holiday

Superb

Cheerful people and a cozy place. Oh, and I loved climbing the hill all the way up to get to my room. I just needed this kind of exercise. I’ll book the room on the very top of the hill next time.

A long walk to the beach, but this was kinda expected so no big deal :) it would be great to have a zebra crossing, though.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe Family Suite as we requested Sea view and they were kind enough to provide a narrow sight of the sea. The location is super quiet and far from taverns of people. So if you are looking for a remote location is great. The room was big and looked really nice. Cleaning service was efficient and came every day. They used golf carts to deliver the luggage.

Shower pressure The breakfast was not that qualitative. The coffee was terrible The beach is not the hotels beach as you could hint from the booking description. Is the beach from the Blue Dream Palace(if I remember correctly) and is not free for the Zoe Hotel guests (but is very chill and beautiful)

Clickbait promotion (check the picture they deleted)

It’s a good property but the way they promoted it was very bad and unfair.

They had photos they deleted after i told them that i will leave a review to expose their lies, but i made a screenshot. They had photos of a hotel on the sea 3-4 photos and they don’t tell you ANYWHERE that - the hotel on the sea is not the one you are booking and that ZOE HOTEL is the one on the mountains. (Check the photo they deleted) - The booking was non refundable and you have to stay, like it or not

See also pictures: awfull hotel that claims to be 4 star hotel on booking.com while it’s a 3 star hotel but service of just a 2 star hotel! . First off all we got rooms in one appartment for 4 people but everything we can say its just complains . We pay so much money for having not what it writing on their website and here on booking.com See it down: -No seats at the table. -Minifridge dirty and not working. -Internet dont work. -Airco only for 1 room. The other room open without door and no airco -Way too hot!! -Not enough shampoo/towels/slippers and bathclothes. There should be 4 because we are 4 adults. -Tv channels working slow and sometimes not working at all. -Main room door doesnt close and it make strange noises. - Other room no charging spots/tables or any lights at the bed area -No bugs net in the bathroom (there is way too many mosquitoes and other bugs) -Bed sheets dirty and old -Rooms not soundproof as it write (lot of sounds coming from outside) -No pressure wc water or WATER AT ALL! - No wardrobe in whole house/appartment!!! How is even possible ? Where we place the clothes ? Pictures here on booking.com are 50% fake! We had to move the other beds to the room with the airco so we can sleep atleast till morning. In the morning we came to the reception to ask for something else or other rooms because my wife was angry and she wanted to go ask for money back and leave. They offer us 2 separeted rooms which was fine , everything was looking ok but later we notice again same problems ... NO WATER AGAIN NO WIFI AGAIN wifi dont work at al in this hotel.! Many bugs that keep biting us Smelling of fungus coming from the toilets and make the whole rooms smells bad . Electricity stops and open.

We had great time and we cannot wait to come back

Unfortunately our stay was short but we enjoyed every minute. The check-in was smooth, room was big and very comfortable. We even had a chance to enjoy few hours by the pool and funny guy named Nikos took good care of us. The breakfast was spectacular, with plenty of choice and variety. Overall we cannot wait to get back again.
