I liked the cleanliness and that the cleaning lady was very nice and attentive to details.

First of all, when we arrived we were shocked by the super steep hill that leads up to the hotel, if you have a low car and care about it, do not choose this hotel. Secondly, you have to call the owner to come on a scooter to hand over the room, we waited about 10 minutes in the heat with our luggage for him to arrive. Immediately I expressed my dissatisfaction because the room we booked on Booking was actually in the courtyard next to another hotel which is wall to wall, meaning it is attached to this otherwise beautiful hotel, but that hotel next door is very old and had people staying there (even though the owner said there was no one 🤡) and one day we even heard children (so the whole adult-only thing can be forgotten). An important note, access to the room is through the back and people staying at that hotel simply walk past you. When we arrived, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner and told him that the announcement does not match reality. So, this hotel that seems secluded and private far from the eyes of the world is right next to another old hotel on a higher level, so you have no privacy in the "private pool" and not even in the room if you don't close the curtains. The owner told us that the other hotel is not his, but then one day we saw him working there, so he lied to us. On the first day we noticed that the jacuzzi wasn't working, the private pool for which we paid extra, he did come to show us how to turn it on, but guess what, it only worked when he came, the rest of the days during our stay it didn't work, I suspect he simply unplugged it to save money, because we had another cost-saving measure in this hotel at 400 euros/night (pathetic), the air conditioning would turn off every time you opened any window in the room! Imagine how many times you go in and out of the room to the terrace by the private pool, the air conditioning turns off and the room doesn't stay cool.

Amazing experience with breathtaking views

The location offered an amazing view, the staff was very friendly and client oriented, the common area with the swimming pool offered a lot of privacy considering there are only 4 apartments and 2 of them already have private pools. All in all, the entire experience was amazing. The cleaning was way beyond anything i had ever seen.

It's not that i didn't like this, but rather a small recommendation - the parking is a sheltered 4 spot zone, but the spots are not marked with paint or anything to clearly delimit them, and the corresponding suit tag is way in the back and impossible to see the first time you reach it. As a result i had people either park in my spot, or worse, park extremely poorly that i had to squeeze in. I would suggest simply painting 3 lines on the ground to delimit them and maybe put the suit name on top.

Stunning views, fabulous accommodation - inside & out!

When we pulled up (a very steep driveway) to 360 degrees, and walked into the pool/outdoor seating area, we were immediately blown away. The photographs had obviously shown the area, but in reality it was even better. We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful owner and shown to our rooms. We had the two upstairs apartments which were also excellent. Tastefully furnished, with incredible views. We had everything we needed. Everyday the lovely lady who cleaned arrived in the morning, and spent the day cleaning the entire complex quietly in the background. The cleanliness was to the highest standard that we had ever seen at a holiday complex. The attention to detail both inside and out were outstanding. We could not fault the property at all.

There was nothing to dislike. Perhaps a second door key may have been helpful.

Private luxury with pool, beach, and 5-star room.

It was an excellent combination of personal service from the manager Giannis and our host Konstantinos and private luxury with our own space. The private terrace and pool were luxurious on the hot days and also available to us at night. All the spaces were kept immaculately clean every day and the staff worked with our schedule to ensure that we were not troubled. They recommended restaurants for us to eat, places to visit, the best times to visit these places, and other trusted vendors to use for experiences like hiring a boat. The views from the accommodation were some of the best we experienced across the whole island and the combination of shade, private pool, and air-conditioned room meant that we were not too hot even on the warmest days. The parking was easy to access and the nearest town Limenaria was a quick 4-minute drive away. We do honestly think that this was the best possible location to stay on the island and its combination of private pool, communal seating and larger pool, and luxurious studio room was perfect for our honeymoon. The staff were also very responsive by text or call and provided services like laundry, ironing, and breakfast upon request.

There was nothing that could be improved. The only difficult aspect of it was that it was on such a steep hill (which is very normal for a private location in Thassos) which could not be helped by the accommodation. It was exactly as advertised and so there was not much to not like. The only minor thing would be for there to be a system for the guest to contact the management or vice-versa about when the best time would be to clean the room.

Best place in Thassos!

The view is absolutely breathtaking, the manager is always willing to help you with any question you have regarding local restaurants or activities you want to experience on the island. The cleaning lady is always smiling and she does a great work in keeping the place clean and serene. Great location to spend a calm holiday and I would definitely want to come back!

Perfect hideway in the near of Limenaria

With its setting on a hilltop directly by the beach you have unforgettable views over the sea. The rooms are stylish, spacious and comfortable. Only 4 rooms on the ground give you perfect privacy. The host Giannis and our daily sunshine Ludmila made us feel home from the first second.

Everything. Location is pretty good - next to a very lively village. The staff and the host were extremely polite and are only a phone call away. And the property, location and view are pretty much the best on the island. There’s nothing better. I don’t need to visit all the rest to know. The view is, once again, incredible. And the most important thing is that the property is exactly how you see it in the pictures, maybe even better. Greeks know how to do it.

For my point of view the rules are very strict for an Adults Only location: - Cannot use the pool after 22:00 - Got complaints that I shut the door hard from one neighbour at 23:00 - Found very surprising that you are not allowed to invite friends for having a drink after beach (from our group this was the only location where we couldn't do that) - Outside security camera is intimidating - got the feeling that I was watched all the time. - Parking is not that easy (had to leave the car by the road) Great facilities but I was not happy with all these rules. If you come only to sleep and beach great location.

Perfect for a luxurious getaway

Absolutely beautifully done out. Very clean and neat. Stunning views. Fantastic pool area. Extremely comfortable beds that you’ll never want to leave! Peaceful. Not too far from Limenaria, you can walk along the road in the daylight but not advisable at night. Service very attentive. We liked the free Hermes toiletries.

Two small things - the breakfast was very expensive and could have done with more transparent pricing. And it would be useful to provide a net for the private pool so can clean out bugs when needed.
