Este un apartament ok zona liniștită aproape de parcul Karol, stație de tramvai la scara blocului.
Curățenia a lăsat puțin de dorit și mirosea tare a fum de țigară în tot apartamentul chiar și lenjeria de pat era impregnată cu miros de țigară. Probabil proprietarii nu știu dar depinde cine face curat in apartament. Deși instrucțiunile sunt să nu se fumeze înăuntru ar trebui să ia măsuri mai drastice.

Locatie centrala, apartamentul spatios, confortabil si foarte curat - amenajat cu bun gust si atentie la detalii. Proprietarii disponibili, comunicativi, gestioneaza cu succes orice situatie neasteptata. Recomand
Faptul ca dupa un drum lung am asteptat o ora si jumatate cu bagajele la usa pentru a putea intra in apartament - cheia nu functiona. Dar comunicand cu proprietarii acestia au gasit in final solutia salvatoare :). Iar asteptarea a meritat.
