About this apartment rental
We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Perpignan, this charming studio renovated at the end of 2021 of a surface of 21 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa bed (double), dining area and desk.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan, in a very pleasant environment in a district between students and pensioners, university at 2 minutes, passage towards large southern commercial zone and park of the sport. You will be able to benefit near all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Located at about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the kingdom of Majorca. Once past the imposing fortified gate, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old city, such as the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca... stroll through the Bir Hakeim square or along the majestic promenade of the Platanes. Come to discover this Catalan city par excellence by staying in this accommodation.
- In the surroundings, Canet en Roussillon beach, 1H30 from the ski slopes, 20 minutes from Collioure, Argelès, Leucate....
- Gastronomy : The anchovy of Collioure, the vineyard of Banyuls, the apricot of Roussillon...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking outside the apartment, free space.

Le 007 - Charmant studio Perpignan Sud "This place is a lovely stay! Booked a staycation with my best friend before we graduate from university and this place did not disappoint. It had all working amenities and was quaint!
A 25 minute walk to the centre of Perpignan or a 10 minute bus (get the A/C!). Extremely convenient as there is an Aldi supermarket about a 5 minute walk from there as well as some fast food joints.
Located amongst the campus of the University of Perpignan so can be tricky to find at first! The apartment was clean and functional, however our fridge got very frosty at one point! The bed was slightly uncomfortable at first but you get used to it as your stay progresses.
The hosts are lovely and extremely communicative, only a message away. Our flat had a working TV with Netflix too which was great. Great cooking facilities also!
Overall, a charming and cosy stay in Perpignan - would recommend! :)"
