Estudio muy completo, la verdad que tiene todos los utensilios y aparatos que puedas necesitar, y la ubicación es excelente en el centro de perpignan.
El edificio no parece nada seguro. Cuando llegamos nos planteamos buscar otro sitio donde ir, ya que la puerta de la calle no se cierra, el edificio visualmente no parece estar en buenas condiciones, ni las escaleras para subir tampoco. No nos sentíamos seguros en una ciudad que no conocemos.

Quirky and fun decor in the apartment.
It was dusty, and we slept with cockroaches. They were breeding in the baskets in the kitchen. The basket all needed a good a washing to remove eggs and dust.
Bed was comfortable but douvet too thick for the time of year.
Booking says 1st floor, but it was 4th in windy staircase and we had big bags and not so young.
Parking garage was near but it cost 34 euros for half a day.
