Studio Calme & Stylé en Hyper Centre

Excellent location, very clean and well organised studio

3 flights up into the building and the stairs are uneven and one handrail wobbly. Still it’s a lovely old building in a great part of town.

La situation est idéale pour visiter le centre de Perpignan, le studio est décoré avec soin et il est très propre. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de regarder des films sur Netflix. La literie était parfaite. J'ai également apprécié le gel douche , le micro-ondes à disposition.

Tout était parfait, même si le studio est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur. Laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour que l'appartement soit aéré, car dans la salle de bain il y a une légère odeur de moisi, c'est dû au bâtiment sans doute mais ça n'enlève rien le charme de ce studio.

I have a soft spot for perfectly formed small spaces and this was a great example. The studio itself is in a cool older building in the heart of Perpignan, as close as you could possibly be to the great bars and restaurants dotted around. It's a small space but it's been fitted out very cleverly with everything you need. The kitchenette is a good size and having a washing machine is very helpful when travelling around as we were. There is also an espresso machine which was excellent. The studio is one of the most 'home' places I've stayed - there were nice blankets, the sofa was comfy and I could have definitely stayed for longer. The curtain separating the bed from the rest of the room is a nice break and helps it feel bigger than it is. The studio smelt lovely, it was very clean and there were nice diffusers around. There was also more than enough mirrors - so many times hotels and apartments give you one mirror in the bathrooms and that's it. This studio had three mirrors just in the bathroom, a full size by the bed and a big mirror which could be moved around. It also had a good amount of storage.

The shower space is a little small - as I noted it's a studio, and because there is only one window in the property you need to be very sure to leave it open and the bathroom door to keep it fresh. I had no issue in the shower but my taller husband found it a little tight.

La ubicación

No nos gustó la escalera de acceso al apartamento. Un tercer piso sin ascensor , la escalera muy descuidada, vieja y hasta peligrosa. La propiedad nos quitaba la calefacción por remoto. Todo muy domótico. Hasta teníamos la sensación de estar vigilados. Por retrasarnos un poco en dejar el apartamento , la propiedad nos acosaba telefónicamente rozando la mala educación , amenazando nos que estaba viniendo al apartamento.... Supongo que para echarnos a la calle. Vergonzoso. Resumiendo : No lo recomendamos.
