Canapé lit pas très confortable, wc et douche dans la chambre. Wc porte ne se ferme pas et pas de porte entre la chambre et le salon . Plan de travail qui colle . Et quartier pas très calme la nuit ( bcp de bruit de voiture roulant a vive allure )

L'emplacement au vu du travail à effectuer était parfait. Nous avons aimé l'accueil de la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Elle a répondu à nos questions avec gentillesse et courtoisie.
Un accès internet pourrait être envisagé pour les personnes qui travaillent. Une meilleure captation télévisuelle est à réfléchir.

Au rez-de-chaussée pour mon vélo top.
Mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement (ancien logement fumeur) encore pire dans la salle d'eau (remonté d'odeurs des canalisations). L'appartement n'est pas propre, les murs sont salles.
