The studio is comfortable, modern and well-equipped. Communication was clear, swift and helpful. I stayed in Perpignan to visit a family member in hospital, so the location was very convenient for me. I was teleworking during the day and the wifi strength is excellent (even on the terrace).
Nothing not to like. A small suggestion though is to provide a bedside lamp.

die Lage war ok. Kurzer Weg zur nächsten Haltestelle des Busnetzes von Perpignan. Supermarkt leider relativ weit entfernt.

Acogedor y limpieza.
Muy mala atención del personal. Los dueños no se presentaron en persona. Al llegar me oidieron un depósito de 300 euros para decirme donde estaban las llaves del apartamento. Una vez hecho no nos decían ni cual era nuestro apartamento ni fonde estaban las llaves. Suerte de un vecino que nos ayudó porque el servicio de los dueños nefasto.
