Casa muy acogedora y muy bien ubicada tanto para visitar el centro de Perpiñan como para moverse en coche por la zona.
No tenía aire acondicionado, aunque sí un ventilador.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé proche du centre ville et propre. On s'y sent bien.
En cas de fortes chaleurs, les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas. Les appartements ne sont pas très bien insonorisés

Really lovely apartment with everything you need and great value. Really close to the centre - even has nice added bits like a speaker which came in handy. Would definitely stay here again and the host was very attentive and happy to separate the double bed into twin beds for us upon request.
It doesn't have air con so that would be worth bearing in mind for the very hot months but for our stay in June we managed with shutters and fans.
