This very comfortable 3-room vacation rental, measuring 50 square meters, is perfectly located in the heart of the Bad spa district and can accommodate up to 4 guests for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter-Ording. Located on the 2nd floor, this beautiful penthouse vacation apartment features a very spacious, furnished rooftop terrace. From there, the view sweeps across the spa park. The idyllic Kurwald forest is right next door, and the lively promenade of the Bad district is just outside the front door. Here, countless restaurants, cafés, and shopping options invite you to explore and enjoy. The popular Dünentherme spa, the beach promenade, and the endless sandy beach of the North Sea are all within easy walking distance. Thanks to its location and amenities, the vacation apartment is perfect for family vacations—children are warmly welcome here.
Thanks to the large window front and the opening to the elegant rooftop terrace, the spacious living room feels wonderfully bright and inviting. It features a very comfortable seating area consisting of an elegant leather sofa and two cozy leather armchairs. The entire family can gather around the dining table, and a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide multimedia entertainment.
The built-in kitchenette is very well-equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
The vacation rental includes 2 comfortable bedrooms.
One is furnished with a 180x200 cm double bed, and the second with 2 comfortable single beds.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet is also included.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, nur die Heizungsanlage ist so laut das man kaum Schlaf findet im kleinen Zimmer.

Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: in der Preisklasse wären verstellbare Lattenroste angebracht.Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
