This bright and "hyggelig" Scandinavian-style approx. 50 m² 2-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people is located on the 3rd floor and features a large, furnished balcony and a stunning ocean view. Perfect for a vacation in St. Peter-Ording for 2–3 adults or families with 1–2 children. Thanks to the 8-meter-long window front, the modern, spacious living area is wonderfully bright and inviting. A comfortable two-seater sofa and two cozy armchairs invite you to linger. A cozy reading nook is perfect for relaxing and browsing through books; it can also be pulled out into a comfortable 160x200 cm double bed. Multimedia entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a Nintendo Wii with a Balance Board, 4 controllers, and several games, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The rooftop terrace, newly renovated in January 2024, invites you to relax with a breathtaking view of the North Sea. It’s the perfect spot to wind down after a relaxing day while watching the sunset.
A selection of books and games is available for younger guests. Of course, binoculars are a must here—the ocean view is simply stunning. It’s also perfect for family vacations, as children are always welcome.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a large ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A SodaStream is provided; guests are welcome to bring their own CO₂ cartridge with a blue connector.
The bedroom, featuring a 180x200 cm double bed, offers a stunning view over St. Peter Ording—all the way to the sea. The bedroom is cozily compact, and the double bed is accessible from one side—as shown in the photos. The headboard and footboard of the bed are infinitely height-adjustable, making reading with a view of the sea extra cozy even early in the morning.



All windows have electric blinds, ensuring a good night’s sleep even during long, bright nights and early sunrises.



The “Koje 66” penthouse includes a bathroom with a shower featuring a fantastic rain shower.



The elevator is available for all guests staying in this apartment.

In addition, the complex features an elevator that runs from the underground parking garage all the way up to the 3rd floor, which is accessible to guests of almost all apartments. Please refer to the property description for each individual apartment. Right outside the front door lies the district’s lively promenade, with a wide selection of shops, service providers, restaurants, and cafés. The beachfront apartments provide an excellent base for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording.
All spa facilities—the Dünentherme, the Kurmittelhaus, the beach promenade, the bathing pier, the world-famous stilt houses, as well as the spa park and dunes, spa doctors, and various recreational facilities—are located in the immediate vicinity.
Local shopping needs are met by the EDEKA supermarket and a bakery across the street.
Villa Anna itself features two restaurants and a boutique.
An underground parking space for cars, a bicycle storage room, as well as satellite TV and free internet access via a hotspot are provided.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement.
