Vacation Rental – Penthouse 61 in St. Peter Ording
This spacious, approximately 70 m² 3-room vacation rental for up to 4 people is located on the 3rd floor and features a direct lake view and a furnished balcony. Large living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi provides multimedia entertainment in the penthouse with a lake view. The dining table seats up to 6 people. Integrated into the living area is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. There is also a separate bedroom with a large double bed, as well as another bedroom with a 120-cm-wide sleeper sofa. The vacation apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The rooftop terrace, newly renovated in January 2024, invites you to relax with a breathtaking view of the North Sea. This apartment has elevator access.

Thanks to its prime location in the heart of the spa district of the Bad neighborhood, Villa Anna offers everything you need for a great vacation. In addition, the complex features an elevator that runs from the underground parking garage all the way up to the 3rd floor, which is accessible to guests staying in almost all apartments. Please refer to the property description for each individual apartment. Right on your doorstep is the district’s lively promenade, with a wide selection of shops, service providers, restaurants, and cafés. The beachfront apartments provide an excellent base for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording.

Anmerkung: der vorgesehene Parkplatz(Garage) in der Tiefgarage ist für ein normales Auto leider zu eng gewesen, wenn man mit Baby und Co alles aus dem Auto ausladen will. Selbst für den Fahrer ist es fast unmöglich auszusteigen.

Leider entspricht der Zustand der Wohnung nicht mehr dem auf den Bildern. Die Tapeten sind dreckig und beschädigt, im Flur an der Decke ist ein Wasserfleck. Die Wand neben der Spülmaschine ist voller Dreck, der Boden unter dem Esstisch und im Wohnzimmer war dreckig, klebrige Flecken und überall noch Hundehaare. Die Gläser und Tassen die im Schrank standen, waren dreckig und klebrig. Die Krönung war aber, dass die Balkontür kaputt war und nicht zu ging. Sie war aus dem Scharnier raus gebrochen. Als wir das am Empfang angesprochen haben, sagte man uns ganz selbstverständlich das man das wüsste, aber vor September keiner käme. Das hätte man uns bei der Anreise zumindest mal sagen können. Auch hätte man drauf hinweisen können dass das Fenster in dem kleinen Zimmer direkt neben dem Küchenabzug des Restaurants ist. Dort hat es durchgängig gestunken nach Fett und Essen. Im Schlafzimmer lässt sich zu dem das Fenster nur minimal öffnen. Durch die Südausrichtung eher ungünstig, da es ringsherum keine Außenrollos oder anderweitige Verschattung gibt. Abschließend bleibt anzumerken: 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub - aber Preis-/Leistung: Tendenz ungenügend.
