This 70-square-meter, 2-room vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording.
The spacious, modern living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa that adds a cozy touch to the wonderfully bright room during the day.
It also includes a flat-screen TV, a dining table with upholstered benches, and a comfortable armchair. Free Wi-Fi is available.
A furnished balcony facing the lake is also accessible from the living room. This apartment has elevator access.
The separate kitchen is very well-equipped and features, in addition to a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker, among other things.
A separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180x200cm double bed and a large wardrobe. From there, you can access the second, also furnished, balcony.
The spacious bathroom in the vacation rental features a bathtub and toilet.
You can also bring your dog on vacation to St. Peter Ording—up to two dogs are welcome to accompany the family to the North Sea coast.

Thanks to its prime location in the heart of the spa district of Bad, Villa Anna offers everything you need for a great vacation. In addition, the complex features an elevator that runs from the underground parking garage all the way up to the 3rd floor, which is accessible to guests staying in almost all of the apartments. Please refer to the property description for each individual apartment. Right outside the front door lies the district’s lively promenade, with a wide selection of shops, service providers, restaurants, and cafés. The beachfront apartments provide an excellent base for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording.
All spa facilities—including the Dünentherme, the Kurmittelhaus, the beach promenade, the bathing pier, the world-famous stilt houses, as well as the spa park and dunes—along with spa doctors and various recreational facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.
Local shopping needs are met by the EDEKA supermarket and a bakery across the street.
Villa Anna itself features two restaurants and a boutique.
An underground parking space for cars, a bicycle storage room, as well as satellite TV and free internet access via HOT-SPOT are provided.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement.

Villa Anna I Nr. 44 ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber die Einrichtung ist zum Teil schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch nicht mehr funktionstüchtig.
Trotzdem ist das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung.
Vielleicht übersehen wir das Eine oder andere auch, weil wir die Wohnung schon so lange nutzen.

Unser diesjähriger Urlaub (19.-26.9.) hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Schuld daran war die gebuchte Wohnung Nr. 44. Sie ist inzwischen (wohl nach einer erfolgten "Renovierung mit Möbelwechsel") ausgesprochen SPARTANISCH und sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre mehr. Verschiedene wichtige Gebrauchsgegenstände waren nicht mehr vorhanden. Sie wurden aber von dem freundlichen Personal auf unseren Hinweis sofort besorgt. So weit darf es aber gar nicht erst kommen. Unser Fazit zu ds. Wohnung lautet: sie kommt unter ds. Umständen für uns nicht mehr in Frage.
