"Sandpeter" Vacation Home in St. Peter Ording
- As of February 2026, construction on the neighboring lot for the 2026 season has been postponed!
Only maintenance work is scheduled to be carried out on the property.
This comfortable vacation home is situated in a quiet yet central location across from the spa gardens—right next to the dunes. Thanks to its perfect location in the Bad district, countless restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are within a short walking distance. The Dünentherme, the popular beach promenade, and the endless sandy beach of the North Sea are all just a short distance away.
Two spa clinics and various spa physicians are located in the immediate vicinity, making the vacation rental ideal for accompanying a spa treatment or for an outpatient spa cure.
Thanks to its location and amenities, the vacation home is also perfect for family vacations; children are warmly welcome here.

Vacation Rental 5 in St. Peter Ording
This 55 m² two-room vacation rental is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording. The vacation rental, which is accessed via an outdoor staircase, features a large, furnished balcony. It’s located at the rear of the property, making for a wonderfully quiet setting.
Thanks to large panoramic windows and the open access to the balcony, the modern living room feels wonderfully bright and inviting.
It features a very comfortable sofa set that offers the best view of the flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The living room also includes two space-saving single beds with built-in storage.
The separate kitchen (new kitchen starting in February 2023) is very well-equipped and features, among other things, a stovetop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and two coffee makers—one for classic filter coffee and one that uses coffee pods.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 cm box spring bed, which features two single mattresses and toppers, and also includes an insect screen.
The vacation rental includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The basement has a shared washing machine.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Sie ist mit Hund zu mieten, deshalb finde ich hochflorige Teppiche im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sehr unhygienisch.
Die Lage war super auch der Balkon war sehr schön.
Leider funktionierte keinerlei Internet was in dieser Wohnung wohl schon länger ein Problem ist.
Wir hatten wie immer einen sehr schönen Urlaub in SPO

Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern vor Ort und per Mail gut ,Wohnungsausstattung in Ordnung, Küche ziemlich einfach und veraltet, das erklärt warum keine Bilder davon in der Annonce stehen.
Ausstattung entspricht optisch nicht komplett den Bildern der Annonce (Bett,WZ-Tisch)
Wohnung war nicht gut gereinigt , Herdplatten uralt und mit gefährlicher Schnittkante vermackt, Backblech total verdreckt und verfettet, der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung war wie oberflächlich und mal eben schnell grob durchgesaugt.....auf der Fensterbank im SZ lag noch benutztes Ohropax vom Vormieter.....naja.
Da sollte die Reinigungsfirma mal ein wenig kontrolliert werden.....
Wir hatten aber einen schönen , erholsamen Urlaub und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Positiver Gesamteindruck...leider Probleme mit WLAN - Einrichtung Küche und Bad wirkt im Verhältnis zum Rest der Wohnung abgenutzt sonst aber tolle Wohnung.
