The hotel itself is beautiful. It's part of a long history and you feel like your staying somewhere truly special. It's perfect for a romantic getaway.
People take pictures of the hotel outside! It's right next to the cathedral in the Old Town with restaurants shops, and bars all a short walk away.
The staff are lovely. They took time to recommend places and always greet you with a smile.
Breakfast is fab, lovely coffee and croissants, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bread, meats. Set downstairs in the courtyard is stunning.

Be warned, the beds may cause you to oversleep. LOL. After a long day of sightseeing, this place provided a nice cool room, comfy bed, great shower with great water pressure. It feels very private here, we rarely saw anyone else staying at the hotel. Elevators to get to your room, if needed, kind staff. As soon as you step out, you're met with beautiful view of the Cathedral (literally next door). There are a few horses and carriages, you may hear them a bit in the morning... so if I had any complaints, it'd be the smell the horses can make when you go outside the hotel. Also, this hotel does not have parking, so you can park undergound at the large Public Parking complex attached to the cathedral grounds. We had to drag our luggage up and down stairs, but we are decently fit. Parking was 28.50 EURO every night. Which is normal for hotels who charge to park. Again, the quickest way to get out from the hotel is a large stairway, so keep that in mind. The hotel was very central to restaurants and shops!
