We loved everything about this hotel! The property is very clean, the room designs are beautiful, and the food (both breakfast and room service) was always fresh and delicious. I also appreciate that they seem to make an effort to use organic and locally sourced ingredients. The staff are not only friendly but also extremely helpful and accommodating. It’s wonderful how they always make sure everything is perfect without ever overwhelming the guests.
The location is also excellent!
The only issue we encountered was being assigned an accessible room instead of a standard one within the same category. This was disappointing, as these rooms should remain available for guests who actually require accessibility features. In addition, the design of the accessible room is noticeably different from the standard rooms that we had booked. Fortunately, we were able to switch rooms after one night, but this was an inconvenience during our holiday. What felt lacking was that no effort was made to offer any form of compensation for the mix-up. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a more thoughtful approach in handling this situation.

Good hotel, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast needs some improvements for 5-star hotel, the AC did not work first night which was very difficult to sleep but they gave us a partial compensation for that and moved us to another suite the day after which was better.
The location is perfect in the middle of palma
