Location is incredible, I was on the 5th floor and was in awe every time I looked out the window.
Location close to shops, walks, restaurants all perfect! Bed comfy, shower hot and staff very kind.

The location was GREAT. The views from the room were also fantastic (room 401), and the room (suite) was very large. Staff were quickly responsive to all our questions and requests. Maid service was good. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
There was no front desk, no concierge. It was like a studio rental, not really a hotel at all. There were no "facilities" -- no gym, no bar, no concierge, nothing, really. As a room rental or maybe a 2- or 3-star hotel, it was fine. As a 4- or 5-star hotel, it was definitely lacking. Staff responses, as indicated, were excellent, but it was all by texting.

There was a weird sewage smell sometimes randomly.
