    Little difficult finding with rental car. Location is in the heart of Palma. Front Desk, Javier was wonderful. Sooo helpful from parking to getting around. Rooms are very spacious and super clean. Thanks again to all the staff and keep up the excellent service!!!

    This was my first time at BO Hotel in Palms and certainly will not be the last. The location is right in the heart of the Old Town and just minutes from all the major attractions. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean. And the service form every member of the team that I had any dealings with was simply superb - friendly, engaging and with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Absolutely brilliant.

    Great location and super friendly staff. Views are not great as hotel is down a side street. But it's 30 seconds walk to cathedral and marina and lots of restaurants. Hot tub on roof too which we had a quick dip in. Overall I would stay there again.
