    We booked the hotel for a night as we needed a place to stay on our way back from Glasgow to london as we had a flight to catch today from Heathrow. The hotel boasted of excellent facilities and I informed in advance that will be driving down from Scotland so will get late to checkin. Anyone in London can imagine that driving down so far is a good 10-12 hours journey which is very taxing but the front office gave us a room which had steps and was cloister phobic with barely a space to move around the bed and struggled to open the luggage’s to change. He said he will cancel if we don’t want but imagine what could we do at 11.30pm looking for another hotel?? Least they could do is to carry the luggage from the car as there are no elevators and has 5-6 steps at entry. We had to carry heavy luggage ourselves. Then when we asked to carry the luggage to the room the person rudely almost threw the bag around the room gate. Extremely disappointed and he said we paid less vs other passenger - imagine if they always have fixed price and I booked last minute on same day morning when we checked in so certainly it was not cheap for what they offered on Agoda. In room facilities were too crappy and cramped. They don’t serve dinner and do only breakfast so we had to go out to buy some food around 11.30-12 at night as we skipped dinner to have a safer drive to London. Never ever I am going to book this property or of any BW chain and nor will recommend to anyone. They should sell by downgrading themselves as a 2 star instead of 4 star as they tricked us with their star status.

    The only good thing is the hotel is near earl court tube. Room is way smaller than expected. Front desk staff looks stressed and grouchy. Came back tired from the heatwave and housekeeping was not done yet. Front desk staff did not look apologetic but state housekeeping is tied up cleaning rooms for new guests. Hence, could not prioritize cleaning rooms for existing guests. Too much noises going on as I was located at the ground floor room that is near the lift. Not a very pleasant experience as I dont think the staff there care about the wellbeing of the hotel guest or maybe they are selective on giving preferential treatment to certain guests.

    Location is amazing, all needed is around you. Rooms are small, double room had very small window on the ceiling, as single room had a leakage from the ceiling. You can hear everything from the corridor. For one time stay it was fine, but not more.

    We booked the second grade of room not the cheapest one, but assigned to basement room with no daylight and awful smell. The room and toilet is really small.
