    Great hotel. Location, staff, food and room were perfect. We have been before and the spa was included in the price. Disappointed to find this time we had to pay extra for the spa and robes.

    On line Worcester Bank House and Spa looked perfect. Always treat ourselves to a hotel with pool, jacuzzi, and steam room so was very disappointed to learn we had to pay £10 each daily for the privilege despite being in house guests. Food In restaurant was nicely presented and delicious., another reason this hotel was chosen, but waited 45 minutes for lunch and evening meal slightly longer. TV in the room, not fit for purpose. Needs replacing, the picture on every channel silhouette in red and sound muffled. Sadly the beds too need upgrading desperately. As previous Regional Service manager for Best Western, carrying out quality assurance inspections, the standards need to be lifted.
