    The room is very clean. The extra bed quality is good and clean. The cons is the toilet is small but still can use. And also it’s not everyday having the free shuttle bus service. For my trip, the bus service was not available. All facilities are good and the refrigerator functions well. The aircond are cold enough. The location are great which near to central hatyai and also a 7-11 store. And also there’s no tuktuk waiting outside the hotel so u need to book by Grab which will be more expensive.

    One of our recommended hotel in Hat Yai for Malaysian / Singaporean short trip. It located proximity to Makro & Central Hat Yai mall. It is easily accessible and close to a big 7-eleven store. For Malaysian, most of their staff able to speak in Malay making it easier to communicate with. With recently renovated parking area, making more recommended for those driving in Hat Yai

    The smart hotel, it doesn't equal to its name. Can't do early check in even if you wish to pay the extra time to check in. Receptionist was yawning while not attending to me when I'm at the counter. Location was ok, it's near hatyai central.
