    The staff was very cooperative,.even I arrived very late, they already had the key put on the counter when no one was there.

    My personal experience was a mixed bag. I was next to a very loud snorer which sucked. I couldn't sleep. Next I cracked a glass when I picked it up and paid 500 baht for that. Then someone was sleeping in my bed by mistake. All these complaints were bad fortune. The staff member I talk to was nice and friendly. Even with all the mistakes it's a budget hostel and I got some memories from it. I'd still recommend it and hope you don't run into my luck.

    The whole room (***) had a revolting sewage stench! OMG it was so so bad. I highlighted this to the hotel staff, and the only resolution she gave was a can of air freshener. I asked for a room change, but she said they are full house. She also said a refund was not possible, even though she agreed that the stench was bad. Her English is not very good and she types quite slow on google translate. I gave up and just stayed the night as I had an 8am flight to catch the next day. I probably lost a few years of my life breathing that sewage air for the night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hostel. They don't have an elevator too, and the room was not well maintained.
