The breakfast was outstanding! Location great if you don’t want to be in the exact middle of the old town madness on the weekend. Parking very close with easy access. Rooms lovely with comfortable beds and pillows.
Water kept turning off but we hope this was glitch unfortunately only while we were staying.

The rooms are beautiful designed and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was super clean.
The location was still about a kilometre from the main Phuket old town and the street with the hotel entrance is not the best. Also the hotel mode is sled service - so you life your own bags to the room (no lift) and you need to go down to order breakfast etc. so not your usual hotel experience.
