This was our second time to Fantasy Resort, and the staff, rooms, and location never disappoint! Highly recommended, especially for travelers visiting Thailand in the off season, when most hotels on the island are closed.

Good hotel located on a beautiful island with direct access to the beach. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast with a variety of options. Just to mention two things, the pool was closed snd it seems have been closed for a while and during the day they turn of the electricity in the rooms

It was like we had our own private Beach so quiet sand is beautiful. Water is clear staff was friendly. You need to order the mango smoothie it’s a different type of mango not found many places anymore if you like sweet or that would definitely stay here again.

The only truly positive thing about this hotel is the location, which is excellent. The island itself is wonderful and helps you forget the experience a little, but unfortunately the resort’s facilities are not worth the price paid. The resort is quite old and poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated and badly sealed from the outside, which means insects can easily get in. During my stay I found spiders, lizards and many mosquitoes in the room several times. The air conditioning is also old and very noisy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was generally unfriendly and sometimes even rude, and communication in English was quite difficult. The restaurant was also very disappointing. The food is not good and the breakfast is particularly poor. The coffee was so bad that I couldn’t drink it and had to use instant packets instead. Considering the price, it is not worth it. There are simpler options on the island for less money, or you can pay a little more and stay in a much better hotel nearby, where the experience would likely be far more pleasant.
