This was a beautiful resort with amazing staff. Food at resort was fantastic and prices good. Such a beautiful island and would definitely come back. Just take a room with air conditioning.

We booked the Deluxe room which clearly states there is Aircon, but it’s a Scam. No Aircon! Sweat and can’t sleep all night. I should have booked the many other bigger properties for the same price. Been living in Thailand for 1 year now, first time to experience such a bad hotel.

We stayed in the wooden bungalow 819 which was lovely but the whole place is super basic; the rounds could do with some love also. It's fine cos it's Koh Ngai and it's just beautiful but plenty of nicer places around. I suppose it would be greater value outside of New Year's! Staff were lovely, but for the money would probably stay elsewhere along the beach. But it's perfectly fine to stay in!
