The room is very large with a big bed. The bed however was very soft and therefor not to my liking. The fittings in the bathroom need a clean up or better a replacement. The TV had only Thai channels therefor I was not able to watch any program. As a whole I loved the stay at the Cliff which is only a few steps away from many restaurants. I which to mention the very friendly happy staff,You are really wonderful!

Decent enough hotel with great staff especially the 3 girls (Name, Nook and Ta). About a 15 / 20 minute walk down the hill to the beachfront and plenty of bars, restaurants, laundries and travel booths around. Only negative was the breakfast was poor and the same everyday, but there are plenty of places to go outside should you wish. The pool has no steps to access in or out. Not a problem for us but it could be for others. All in all a nice stay

Nice little pool area and quiet place. Away from the noisy bars. Maybe around 15min walk to the beach. Clean room with a little fridge and kettle. All that I needed. Would highly recommend if you want to relax in peaceful surroundings.

I stayed here with my family and we had a family room. The room size was great, it was 2 rooms with a-joining doors which had 2 bathrooms and 1 double bed and 2 singles. The pool was a good size for the amount of rooms and it was never cold. I found the water pressure for both showers as extremely weak and would only ever get luke warm, this maybe ok for some but I need to have some sort of heat when I shower. The staff informed me that this was the case for the entire hotel. The rooms were only ever surface cleaned, meaning only the bed got made and towels replaced. Sheets were never changed and surfaces were never wiped. Staff would ask you everyday if you wanted the room cleaned which I found very strange. Breakfast was an American breakfast no buffet. Location worked well for us as we enjoyed the quieter side with only a 10 min walk to Ao Nang beach. When I booked the hotel my confirmation email said I could check in at 12pm but when I arrived I was told check in is at 2pm so we had to wait a while which I found annoying. Overall it wasn’t the worst place in the world but I wouldn’t recommend it.
