    Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski in the High Tatras, Slovakia was nothing short of magical. We had a very romantic and wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s location is absolutely superb, right in front of the lake with breathtaking views that create a serene and unforgettable atmosphere. The breakfast and the half-board dinner at the hotel’s main restaurant were simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor — a true delight for food lovers. Dining while overlooking the picturesque scenery made it even more special. What truly elevated our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The attention to detail and level of hospitality exceeded our expectations in every way. The spa was another highlight — peaceful, luxurious, and rejuvenating. We especially loved the relaxation area facing the lake, which added an extra layer of calm and beauty to the experience. The entire atmosphere of the hotel was tranquil and perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend Grand Hotel Kempinski to anyone looking for a perfect getaway filled with romance, relaxation, and first-class service. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning.

    Location at the lake, the view obstructed by the trees but the lake is just behind the hotel. They offered me a free transfer to the local train station which was sweet. The rooms are huge in size with shower and tub, there is a kettle with variety of tee and coffee but i wish there was a coffee machine! The beds are very comfortable and the tv channel are limited only 2in English but you can borrow a internet tv connection from the reception. The breakfast was excellent and there multigrain croissants is to die for. There is a nice lounge and spa The receptionist Silvia is excellent and she made the experience even more luxurious. She went above and beyond to help me have a nice stay I will definitely come back if i visit high tatra
