Pokój - czystość i komfort. Na plus. To kolejna moja wizyta w tym hotelu. Cisza i działająca klimatyzacja, kiedy za oknem 32 stopnie. Wszystko ok, jeśli chodzi o pokój. Należy odrożnić nocleg od opcji wyżywienia...

Niestety, denerwuje mnie winda w Rezydencji II. Zawsze jest jakaś kolejka do niej w newralgicznych godzinach typu śniadanie, obiadkolacja, czy late checkout time. A biegać po schodach do/ z restauracji, czy na basen, z piętra np. 3 w tym budynku to wyzwanie w dniach upalnych. Śniadanie także jest znacznie słabszej jakości, niż kilka lat temu. Jajecznica - jajka albo zmieszane z proszkowymi, albo czysto proszkowe. Kawa z expresu z mlekiem z proszku także. Owoce przy stacji livecooking powinny być świeże, a nie frużelina - opcja naleśnika. Sam koncept live cooking polega na tym, że danie robione jest przy Tobie na świeżo etc - także zasłoniecie blatu kucharza tymi czarnymi panelami jest kiepskie. Nie widzę jakiej jakości składniki dorzuca do omleta. ...Pieczywo także bardzo słabe, swieże, ale nie rzemieślnicze. Pomidory powinny być oprócz cząstek, krojone w plastry, by dziecko łatwo mogło zrobić sobie klasyczną kanapkę. Ponadto, przy upałach jak dzisiaj (powyzej 30 stopnii) porcjowane ciasta kremowe nie powinny stać ani chwili poza lodówką - niestety leżą na bufetowym stole, bez chłodzenia całe śniadanie, aż się wyjedzą. Absolutnie niedopuszczalne. Na tym stole powinna być mini lodówka cukiernicza i w niej wyłożone te kremowe ciasta... kolejnym razem miałabym ochotę na sam nocleg jedynie ...

Modern, clean , spacy rooms. Great breakfast (until 11.00) Quiet location. Pretty good gym.

Tried to book New Year's dinner, nobody picked up the phone at the reception, no response to email request. After arrival on 31st, the (not very friendly) receptionist tried to explain not responding to phones and emails by saying: "we are full" and also would not make me a reservation for same day, by saying they are starting the dinner festivities soon. ....(but apparently locals were receiving marketing emails even on December 31st about remaining free slots for the NYE dinner at Nosalowy Dwór). All (!) the many receptionists throughout our 1 week stay (and also the busiest year end) were trainees with "I am learning" plakets and were completely clueless regarding hotel regulations (ski boots allowed in common areas?), nearest ski resorts or anything really, a tourist would ask the reception about, some of them impatient and not polite. Several hotels bundled together, you have to move endlessly from one building to another for certain services. Huge crowds of people, running and shouting kids everywhere. All combined in a terrible maze, even after couple of days. we struggled to navigate through all those elevators, corridors, stairwells. the instructions on the walls are terrible and confusing, chaotic internal design contributes to the lack of clarity. The increase in number of rooms not followed by increase in infrastructure. No sufficient parking space (only minimal indoor, basically not available) and you have to pay extra for outside (parking), where also virtually no places were available. Spa (saunas and swimming pool) unusable, crowds of people (kids), terrible noise (incl. people talking on phones via loudspeaker (in the "quiet zone"). Somewhat weird clientele (bald, pumped up, all body tatoos). Small TV compared to size of room , Uncomfortable pillows. Far away ffrom center (45 min walk), car not option due to massive congestions. Ski "room" is a iron cage inside the very cold.
