    Decent Stay but Poor Organization and Untrained Staff I booked this property for two nights and requested a room with one large bed. Upon arrival at 14:00, I was informed that my room was not ready, as check-in was actually from 15:00—despite the website stating otherwise (photo provided). When I returned at 15:00, the room was still not ready, and I had to wait while the staff figured out where to place me. My check-in confirmation listed Room 325, but I was instead given Room 105—not a major issue, except that it had two single beds instead of the large bed I had requested. I was told this was the only available option. On the positive side, the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and housekeeping maintained it daily. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited options for those who prefer vegetables—only cucumbers and tomatoes were available. Additionally, I noticed that service staff were rarely present during my visits between 7:30 and 8:00. I appreciated that my request for a late check-out (by one hour) was granted. However, after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my iPhone charger. I had to call the reception three times before they finally checked with housekeeping, only to be told nothing was found. Overall, while I noticed that the staff genuinely tried to provide good service, there were too many avoidable mistakes. I believe proper staff training would significantly improve the guest experience.
