Our stay at Olivia Lisboa Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality from Felipe Gárate.
Felipe went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with such a thoughtful and meaningful surprise. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a memorable experience for guests.
Thank you to the entire team at Olivia Lisboa Hotel, and especially to Felipe, for making our trip so special. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

What a crown Jewell, this property was brand new, amazing staff, great breakfast, great service.
This is located in the most beautiful neighborhood/luxury in Lisbon.

Lovely rooms, extremely comfy and very quiet. Being able to log into your Netflix was a highlight
Very disappointed in the lack of kettle in the room for a 5* hotel. I did ask for one to be sent up and the woman on reception wasn’t particularly helpful and told me the coffee machine did hot water. I tried this and it completely changed the taste of the tea. Luckily I was only staying for one night so I suffered through with my coffee flavoured tea.
I stayed at two other 5* hotels in Portugal and the staff at the others really went above and beyond, including showing me to my room.
I’d say this was a lovely 4* hotel rather than a 5*

Super nice hotel, very clean and fresh, really really good breakfast including super tasty orange juice based on real very nice freshly
squeezed oranges. Everyone in staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel stays for us ever!
