    - Location is great. 1 min walk to train station. 10 mins by public transport to city center. - The front staffs are friendly but the housekeepers are impolite. They just nock the room door then open right away, without any confirming or waiting by us. I do not feel private enough. - The amenities are old and bad. - Toilet water is very weak. The sink is clogged, need to wait too much time for the water to gone. - Hairdryer is broken. - Mattress is tough. - Towels are dirty.

    Vintage store and cheap breakfast right across the street was a huge bonus! As well as access to a gym. Only cons we had is that we had staff members entering our room like 4 times during our stay… which was pretty weird maybe it was housekeeping early in the morning or people thought the room was empty but it was still super uncomfortable. As well as a miscommunication at the front desk had a different receptionist calling us early in the morning. Twice, waking us up both times because of a checkout miscommunication. Overall it was a super clean room in a good spot super close to lots of cafes and the metro. Would stay again.

    Was with my mom, so 2 separate rooms, and they were perfectly appointed with electric kettle, comfortable bed, desk, refrig windows that open, and i had a nice big tub! If you are a light sleeper, the metro rumbling might keep you awake, but other than that, highhy reccomend.

    Dirty floor, broken shower, asked for extra pillow, the staff promised and vanished. One of the slowest lifts. Overall, a disappointing experience!
