Great location and friendly, helpful staff
Nothing really - the rooms were tired but clean but we weren’t there for much of the time so this didn’t really bother us.

The property is in a great location. Right in the city center near the docks of faro, plus the shuttle ferry as well as near the car park too, plenty of food options around. Quick drive away from the beach. Pretty sunset nearby. Staff were very kind and very nice and very helpful. Room was big as well either AC.
It could have been slightly cheaper. Felt like it was overpriced.

Location and the staff
I am not sure if it was the room I was located, but room 110 I found few aunts in the bathroom. It was a little shocking as I have stayed here many times. I should have made the staff aware, but I was too tired from a long trip and I was only going to stay for 1 night. Apart from this the location and the staff were amazing.
