Excellent rooftop. Restaurant staff and breakfast buffet and dinner food were excellent, some of reception staff were lovely and offered excellent customer service. We had an issue with the in room safe. The young man came right away and refused a tip afterwards.
Outside noise of late rowdy people and motorcycles into middle of night. 1 of the twin beds needed to be replaced . Advised reception and encountered the same young man who had checked us in with an attitude who said no one has ever advised us about a mattress problem. I did advise another man at check-out who had excellent customer service skills who said he would make a note of it.
