Great staff. Great garden and pool area

Aircon didn't work

10 min walk to Marina and old town

Bits look pretty tired and some bits of furniture broken

We liked it had 2 kitchens which we used 1 by our room which was good for breakfast and the other by the pool so we could cook and have a swim.

In the kitchen by our room the oven door fell off when you opened the cupboard next to it.

It was clean and the location was good for accessing the old town and ferry port.

It's very badly managed. They seem to be trying to use apps for everything and only pay for one woman Tatiana to be on site for few hours in the afternoon to give people keys. They overbooked, so even though we paid up front for 3 rooms they only had 2 rooms available for our stay. Tatiana wasn't able to do anything about our refund other than contacting 'the owner' who we never met. We still haven't received a refund for this. Then we got locked out in the middle of the night because Tatiana had given us the wrong key code, and weren't answering any of the emergency phone numbers. I had to climb in an upstairs window to get in. Funnily enough in this process I figured out that someone had left the front door shutter unlocked so all we had needed to do was reach through the the front door window shutter to open the lock/deadbolt. Alas we didn't know this when we were stuck outside! Ironic that by staying here you may get locked out but comforting knowing there was at least 2 ways of breaking in! When I reported the issue in the morning Tatiana she didn't seem too bothered. She admitted sending us the wrong key codes and that she had both the emergency phones and slept through all of our calls. She gave us an updated key code and a link to an app for an opening door, which we hadn't been given before then.
