    The service and accommodation was great! One thing that needs improvement though is the breakfast. There was only one viand during our stay so you don’t really have much of a choice on what to eat.

    Countless time i choose this budhrt hotel over others, though i notice that brrakfast is not as good as before but i ubderstand as the prices has gone up and yet the rate is still the same

    Hotel is very accessible and with secure parking. Room was clean and spacious enough for 3-4 people. Beds are comfortable. Staff were very respectful and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

    I stayed in two different rooms at the hotel, and unfortunately had similar issues in both. The biggest problem was the noise: the air-conditioning units were very loud, and the external AC equipment outside the windows also produced a significant amount of noise. The noise became particularly bad when the AC started running and actually woke me up several times during the night. The views from both rooms were also disappointing, with neither offering a particularly pleasant outlook. I also found the staff attitude disappointing. When I asked to move rooms, the request did not seem to be particularly welcomed, and the staff member who showed me the alternative room appeared impatient, which made the experience feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. Another issue is the 11:00 AM check-out time, which I found inconvenient and earlier than what I would consider standard in Cebu, where noon check-out is more common. The ₱1,000 late check-out fee is also quite expensive, particularly if you only need an additional hour or two, as you are charged the full amount regardless of how little extra time you require. The hotel does have a good location and the rooms were generally clean, but the combination of noisy rooms, poor views, unfriendly service and inflexible late check-out policy made the overall experience less positive than I expected.
