    this hotel is average only, i read in review morethan a year that their elevator is not working since then until i check inn. and the worst part is that in my 2days they switch it off the water know that water is very important. for location no doubt is good.

    This was a last minute trip. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The staff are very accommodating.

    The hotel location and accessibility was good as it is close to the bus terminal and some fast food like Jollibee, close to the market too and to Puregold and Mercury Drug. Location wise it is good. Just that the hotel linens,blankets were not clean enough and it was itchy, I woke up with itch all over my right arm and leg so as my back as I was sleeping on the right side of the bed. I had a lot of bed bug bites. We didn’t use the towels provided as it doesn’t looks good. They can at least put some freshener in the elevator. The WiFi wasn’t working at all. The front desk staff weren’t trained enough to answer guests queries; or they might be the housekeeper cum front desk staff; no basic toiletries provided; breakfast was just rice, fried egg and Ilocos longanisa; no other options . The hotel can at least invest on a coffeemaker. I hope they can improve their service.
