    The room was dirty. It had dead flies and cockroaches. Sheets and towels are stained. The shower heater and hair dryer were broken. The staff knew the shower heater was not working yet there was no warning and they still gave us that room. When we complained it seemed like they were fully aware. There was no initiative to transfer us to a different room, until we asked what solution they could offer. Overall it was a bad experience. But the house keeping staff were nice.

    Staff is okay. No elevators so you need to use the stairs up to 3rd floor. The room smell was terrible and there were tiny cockroaches on the floor. 😭
