I hope there will be more organised way of checking in. We went there to check in and the guard ask us to contact the owner first before they let us check in. Also, we have to pay extra for towels.

The place is excellent and perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, during our stay there has been some instances that could have been improved so that the future clients will be satisfied. A power outage around midnight and a water interruption through the night until the day after happened and when we relay this to our contact, he said that there’s some plumbing issues at the lower floors so he can’t do anything about it at that time and we have to find a place with water in order to do our stuff. Another thing is that upon our arrival, the guard won’t let us enter and was looking for an endorsement letter, I wish that he coordinated it before we arrive because we already informed him an hour before the time we were supposed to check in that we are already on the way. But then we have to wait Joseph for almost an hour just for the endorsement letter before we can go to our room which is really a shame.
