    Love the resort stayed here twice already and will keep coming back. The rooms are very clean and neat and spaciouse. Staff are very welcoming and nice We have a pleasant stay Very relaxing and nice place Just hope they fix their wifi routers so already so all the rooms can have internet access But overall the place is very nice

    I booked a family room in order to enjoy the amenities for one night stay. However, due to schedule limit of swimming to until 5:30pm only, we had nothing to do beyond the night. Also, although it is a shortcoming on my end - I should have checked, but I guess, Agoda should clearly emphasize in their advertisement that Ogtong Cave has been closed for months now due to an earthquake which rendered it unsafe for use. Overall, they have a great staff, very nice and approachable. The downside is people at the restaurant do not treat guests with utmost hospitality. Our room was furthest from the restaurant, few minutes away - we ordered much food so the load was heavy I almost dropped them on the way. I suggest they should make it their policy to have their waiters deliver orders to the room. So many rules for this beautiful resort, so I cannot recommend checking in here. It's not worth the money
