We arrived 7pm, from Calubian to Palo, to San Juanico, to Ormoc via Babatngon drive and was so tired driving for almost the whole day and they cant give me a room since their inet connection is slow they can not confirm the reservation and have to restart their pc or gadget whatever they are doing. They are so inconsiderate of their guests, the front desk is always frowning, they say Ormoc is the place of beautiful people, not even the attitude of the front desk is beautiful. Finally we were given our room, the room has no cable no local channelat all, no landline, no free bottled water, considering the rate of their rooms, they could have offered something better. The place is a waste, there is plenty of room for improvements when it comes to their staff hospitality training and improvement of their amenities. The ac is cold though, but noisy. You will only have one room keycard, so when you go out of the room it will be hot again. They have hot shower and the place is just walking distance to sm city ormoc. We occupy room 305. This is not to bully or anything but for them to improve the place where its needed. Don Felipe hotel is fully book at that time and this is our first time to stay overnigh in Ormoc prior our next day trip back to Cebu City.
