    Overall, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, I had a concerning experience regarding guest privacy and safety. At around 10:58 PM, I was asked to confirm my booking at the front desk, and afterward, a male staff member was sent to my room to verify it. He knocked, but since I was already asleep, I opened the door late, and he attempted to enter. Fortunately, I was able to push the door closed. I was later told that I could simply press “0” on the room phone for confirmation. I understand that the staff may have been following instructions, but this could have been handled more safely through proper endorsement, communication, or a phone call. I have stayed at other hotels and have never experienced this during check-in. I hope management can improve staff training and communication protocols, especially when it comes to guest privacy and safety.
