    The night I arrived...had book 3 person.staff reprimand say only 2 can stay.. I told her. Check properly my booking.. without even apologizing..just hand the key. When open the room 621. .it was unkempt..realise..there is no blanket. No bath towel for 3..no toothbrush. Call operator and complain. Had to call again after half hour still no blankets. Towels for shower. July 5th...went out of hotel for sightseeing. Return at 10pm...room messy..no housekeeping done .call operator. Was given a damn rude answer. Say house keeping only be done from 8am to 5pm. What the heck...I insist they come and do... Only then they reluctantly do it and sarcastically say...next time only 7 to 5pm.yeah..other hotel will do..once we go out of room...not eurotel After housekeeping done.. wanted to shower after a long day outside. Atlas. The shower no water... Call operator...takes donkey years to come and check...then confirmed no water and he just go off...without telling what next step he do. Call operator complain...she just say wait ...after a long oeroid...so call lady comes to room.. refuse to speak english..only tagaloy to my partner. What the he'll happening...already past midnight. Still no water. After few hour then got water . No one apologise... water just come.. How to book again. Another thing..lift never indicates the floor number...how to know u reach ur floor. Rgds.

    The staff were kind, approachable and polite. They were very helpful. All the time we were assisted with our luggages. I appreciate the free bottled water everyday and the free slippers it was so convenient. As well as the hygiene kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoos. When we arrived they assigned us to a room in 7th floor but I felt it is not well ventilated and I saw strands of hairs in the linens. But after I told them my concerns, they quickly transferred us to another room but the smell of the toilet is untolerable so we were shifted again to another room. The staffs were so apologetic and explained properly the reasons. I like room 404, it is clean and well ventilated. I will book and request this room again. The location is near to everything and transportation is accessible. Robinson Manila it is just cross the road.

    I had a great stay at Eurotel Manila. The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location, with easy access to public transportation, shopping malls, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. It made getting around the city very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with any requests. Overall, Eurotel Manila offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Manila. I look forward to staying here again!
