V Hotel

All good. The only this is that elevators were not available since the hotel is under renovation.

One of the most cost-effective hotels in Ermita. The location is very convenient, near establishments like Robinsons Manila and Remedios Circle. Check-in was straightforward. They provide 1 door keycard, but you can easily ask for another one if you need it. You have to leave a 1,000 peso safety deposit, which is refunded once you check out. The elevator was a little slow, probably to avoid too much noise since you can hear its bell from inside your room. The room was a little cramped, without a closet or water heater or refrigerator, but it was clean enough. The AC was split-type, quiet, and worked efficiently. A TV was provided with plenty of channels, along with free WiFi. The toilet was clean, but the only toiletries provided were a refilled bottle of shampoo and body wash plus toilet paper. You must request other toiletries like a toothbrush. There was no heated water for the shower during the first few days, but the water was a nice ambient temperature anyway. The water heater started working after 2 days. The room walls were on the thinner side, but I didn’t encounter too much noise from other rooms. It was very tolerable, and you can sleep peacefully. If you take the stairs, be mindful of their precarious construction. There is a café on the mezzanine floor. You’ll need to tell the guard at the entrance your room number every time you enter and exit the hotel. Parking is available for only 2 vehicles, so you can essentially forget about bringing your own car. Check-out was also straightforward. Overall, the stay was good and recommended if you need a convenient place to stay.

Staff are very friendly. I’ve never had any issues with them. They are polite and kind to assist their guest. Since the hotel is within the vicinity of bars and clubs, expect noises outside though this is tolerable and still I was able to have a sound sleep. You can never go hungry as every corner, you’ll have restaurants and local eateries. Facilities wise, they maintain cleanliness. Though I noticed small roaches. Air conditioning unit works perfectly fine. Elevator is kinds slow so I guess this is something the management should look into. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again and recommend to friends and relatives.

Ac was not cold and as per checking its very dusty and dirty worst part is upon check out they charged us for a missing tv remote even after explaining that we never used their tv since we only stayed there just to sleep since we were always out! Worst experience ever!!
