    Overall, I had a disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared in the photos, and the bathroom was incredibly cramped—almost airplane-sized—with barely enough room to move around. The sink was so small that it was impractical to use. Housekeeping was another major letdown. The room didn't seem to be cleaned properly, if at all. The garbage was never emptied, and the towels were not replaced during our stay. We eventually had to go to the front desk ourselves to request fresh towels. The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff, who were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, their excellent service wasn't enough to make up for the poor condition of the room and the lack of basic housekeeping.

    Very uncomfortable stay. The room was tiny - couldn’t even open my suitcase properly. The room also had a damp smell. The shower has no door so all the water would splash out to the room whenever you showered.
