It’s my 2nd visit. I think it’s more minimalist this year. Please be informed that no toiletries are given, only 2 in 1 bathgel/shampoo provided . A set of toothbrush, comb etc may be purchased at the reception desk. Although this time even complimentary instant tea/coffee not provided at all. be well prepared to bring your own.. What i absolutely love is the cleanliness of the room, housekeeping also will come daily to tidy up and change towel. LG floor has tasik permaisuri, so convenient with food stalls nearby. Hukm is also walkable through the stadium parking lot. Shuttle to certain places also available (1 way) need to book your seat. Parking is free for hotel guest, need to bring tng waive fee at reception before tapping out.

I have made an effort to go to the reception to ask for a wake up call at 6.45am but to my disappointment and disgust I wasnt waken up and hence I was late for my appointment. I asked to speak to the manager but the receptionist did not obliged and brushed my concern aside. Notwithstanding that I was not given a refund since I booked a Queen Size room but given Twin Single room which is less expensive for the period I was staying. Again my concern was brushed aside. i dont feel that they consider my stay/business important to this unprofessional service.
